Thrive Applied Apprenticeship Program (TAAP™) is Americans Thrive's Registered Apprenticeship Program, designed to connect education, applied learning, paid work experience, professional development, mentorship, and employer-driven career pathways. Through TAAP™, eligible participants transition from career preparation into structured Registered Apprenticeship opportunities where they earn while they learn, develop industry-aligned skills, gain real-world experience, and build pathways to long-term employment and economic mobility. TAAP™ also helps employers develop, retain, and grow skilled talent through a structured workforce development model.
