Thrive Diversion & Reentry provides a structured, workforce-centered pathway that helps redirect justice-impacted individuals and youth transitioning out of foster care away from continued system involvement and toward education, employment, and long-term stability. Through comprehensive support, participants gain access to workforce development, skills training, mentorship, and employer-connected opportunities that prepare them for sustainable careers and independent success.
Our approach is holistic address the full range of challenges involved in helping formerly incarcerated adults and young adults who have been involved in the juvenile or adult justice system make successful transitions back to the community. The intent of this initiative is to help individuals break the cycle of incinerations and build a better quality of life for themselves, their family and protect community
