Youth Enrichment Program
Our Youth Enrichment programs educate, train, and develop young people ages 16–24 who face barriers to opportunity, including youth who are court-involved, aging out of foster care, experiencing housing instability, or navigating other challenging circumstances. Through life skills development, career readiness, mentoring, and personal growth opportunities, we help young people build confidence, strengthen decision-making, and prepare for long-term success in life and the workforce.
This program offer job readiness workshops, experiential learning, career coaching, mentoring, and personal development opportunities that help young people prepare for future workforce success.
Through supportive learning experiences, we help youth build confidence, strengthen self-sufficiency, explore entrepreneurship, and develop the skills needed to become future leaders in their communities and beyond.
