Emerging Talent Program
Our Emerging Talent programs educate, train, and develop young people ages 13–25 who face barriers to opportunity, including youth who are adjudicated, aging out of foster care, experiencing homelessness, or navigating other challenging circumstances. These programs focus on foundational life skills, career readiness, and personal development to prepare participants for long-term success and meaningful participation in the workforce.
This program encompasses a range of offerings including job readiness workshops, hands-on experiential learning, career coaching, and counseling. By providing these resources, we prepare participants to excel in the workforce of tomorrow.
Through our educational curriculum, we empower youth to tap into their full potential, fostering entrepreneurial skills, self-sufficiency and self-worth. This initiative is strategically designed to cultivate the future leaders of the United States.
